Reports are reviewed around the clock, combining human moderation with automated fraud detection. A member whose account is actioned may appeal the decision through contact support.
No Escort Services Or Commercial Sexual Activity
SugarArranged is a dating service built for consensual companionship between adults - nothing more. Advertising or soliciting escort services, prostitution, or any form of paid sexual activity is strictly prohibited on this dating platform. Accounts found engaging in or promoting commercial sexual activity are removed. Members who arrange dates, travel companionship or generosity-based relationships must do so as a personal choice between consenting adults, not as a transaction facilitated by SugarArranged.
Billing
Membership, Subscriptions and Payments
Successful members join on a recurring paid subscription that renews automatically until cancelled from account settings. Attractive members register and use the core dating platform features free of charge, with no card required to browse or message. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund a billing period already in progress.

A suspended member can appeal the decision, and appeals are reviewed by a person rather than closed automatically. Members may also close their account voluntarily at any time from settings.
